We work with individual artists, artist-run initiatives, nonprofit and private-sector organizations, and funders. Whether you're early in your career, scaling a nonprofit, leading a grant-making initiative, or directing a large institution, we bring a collaborative, mission-centered approach to help you clarify your trajectory and move your work forward.

Will you speak or present at my organization or event?

We regularly facilitate professional development workshops for artists and institutions. Topics include building sustainable creative practices, navigating funding opportunities, and translating values into mission-aligned programs. Do you offer any other services?

 

Services are listed on the Artists and Institutions pages respectively. Arts & Letters does not currently offer any of the following:

 

– Fundraising (except for strategy and specific proposals)

– Production

– Pitching grantmakers and funders on your behalf

– Retainer or in-house work

– Managing teams or employees

How much do your services cost? Do you offer sliding scale fees or student rates?

 

While we do offer coaching packages and one-off strategy sessions at a flat rate, most collaborations are unique. Rates vary depending on the scope, timeline, and type of work. Once we understand your needs, you’ll receive a custom proposal. Sliding scale options are available to artists from marginalized backgrounds or within a certain income threshold. Please feel comfortable inquiring about this if you identify within either or both of these groups. We want to hear from you.
